Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Fooda: Fruit Merge Puzzle ("Fooda", "the app"), published by December1st LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Fooda you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Fooda for your own entertainment. All artwork, characters, code, music, and design in Fooda are original works owned by December1st LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

Virtual items

• Coins, spins, sword skins, and other in-app items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the app.
• Virtual goods are licensed, not sold. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual goods as the game evolves.
• Except where required by law or by the policies of the store you purchased from, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Purchases and payments

In-App Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your purchase is also subject to the store's own terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. You can restore non-consumable purchases from the Store screen inside the app.

Advertising

The free version of Fooda shows ads provided by Google AdMob. An optional "Remove Ads" purchase disables banner and interstitial placements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the app, interfere with its services, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

Fooda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, December1st LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of game progress stored on your device, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
