This Privacy Policy explains how Fooda: Fruit Merge Puzzle ("Fooda", "the app"), published by December1st LLC ("we", "us"), handles information when you play.

Information we do not collect

Fooda has no account system and no sign-up. We do not collect, store, or sell your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal information on our own servers. Your game progress, coins, and unlocks are stored locally on your device only.

Third-party services

The app uses the following third-party services, which may process device identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies:

• Apple Game Center / Google Play Games Services — leaderboards and achievements, governed by your Apple or Google account settings.
• Google AdMob — displays advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
• RevenueCat — manages In-App Purchase entitlements using an anonymous app-user ID. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — all payments are processed by the store you purchased from; we never see or store your payment details.

Children

Fooda is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and security

Because gameplay data stays on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it. Third-party services retain data according to their own policies linked above.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be noted here.
